This popular 2 day course is designed to provide the basics for excimer laser refractive surgery for ophthalmic surgeons in training. Highlights included live surgery performed by Mr Stevens, a video symposium with Consultants demonstrating their technique, and wet-lab time. There were lectures by Mr Stevens and other internationally recognised Consultants.

The Moorfields LASIK Refractive Surgery course was founded by Mr Stevens in 1998 and is held annually at Moorfields in December.
